World-renowned Cirque du Soleil is bringing its spectacular OVO production to Kazakhstan, giving audiences in Astana and Almaty a rare opportunity to experience one of the company’s most celebrated shows.
Running from June 4 to June 14, the tour will make Kazakhstan the 47th country to host the internationally acclaimed production, The Caspian Post reports via Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Cirque du Soleil representative Jani Mallet, the OVO show will not be performed anywhere else in the world in 2026, making the Kazakhstan tour a particularly special event for fans.
The production, inspired by the vibrant world of insects, combines breathtaking acrobatics, colorful costumes, live music, and theatrical storytelling that have become hallmarks of the Cirque du Soleil experience.
The performances will take place at Barys Arena in Astana from June 4 to June 7 before moving to Almaty Arena from June 11 to June 14.
A total of 14 shows are scheduled across the two cities, allowing thousands of spectators to enjoy the globally recognized production.
