Drone Crashes in Western Kazakhstan

A drone crashed near a village in the West Kazakhstan Region.

Photos and reports circulating on messaging platforms about the drone crash near in western Kazakhstan, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kazakh media.

Authorities said the discovery was recorded in the Akzhaik District and involves objects visually resembling fragments of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

The debris was found outside populated areas.

Police added that an inspection is underway, with specialists working to determine all circumstances of the incident.

Similar cases have been reported in the region before. In March 2025, fragments of an unidentified UAV were found in the Zhanibek District, while in October 2025, debris resembling drone parts was also discovered in the Burlin District.
