Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated participants on the opening of the annual August Conference of Kazakh Teachers, underlining the event’s importance in advancing quality education and fostering the proper upbringing of the younger generation.
Highlighting the vital role of educators, President Tokayev praised teachers as key figures in shaping the country’s future, noting their active contribution to strengthening Kazakhstan’s intellectual potential and performing work of national significance, The Caspian Post informs per Kazakh media.
The plenary session of the conference, held in Astana, was attended by President Tokayev and Deputy Prime Minister Yermek Kosherbayev, marking the official start of this year’s discussions on the development of Kazakhstan’s education system.
