Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in honor of the Islamic Republic’s Independence Day.
In his message, Tokayev commended Pakistan’s notable achievements in socio-economic development and recognized the country’s prominent role in Asia and on the global stage, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
“I am confident that Pakistan will continue on its steady path toward building a prosperous and sustainable society,” he wrote.
The Kazakh president also highlighted Pakistan as a key regional partner and expressed Kazakhstan’s readiness to further strengthen multilateral cooperation for the benefit of both countries.
