Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin on Friday held a meeting with China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Cholpon-Ata.

According to Tajikistan's Foreign Ministry, during the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of Tajikistan-China relations and prospects for further developing cooperation across a wide range of areas on the bilateral agenda, The Caspian Post reports.

The parties also exchanged views on ways to further strengthen collaboration in fields of mutual interest.

The foreign ministers additionally reviewed cooperation within the framework of international and regional organizations, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
