In Kyrgyzstan, the Volume of Construction in 2025 Increased by 21.1% and Amounted to 438.5 Billion Soms

According to preliminary data, Kyrgyzstan's construction sector will grow at double-digit rates in 2025, The Caspian Post informs, via AkiPress.

Thus, the total volume of gross construction output in January-December 2025 amounted to 438,481.7 million soms, which corresponds to 121.1% of the 2024 level. Separately, in December 2025, the volume of work reached 119,624.8 million soms-this is 10.3% more than in December 2024.

Investments in development also increased: the rate of fixed capital investment in 2025 was 118.4% of the 2024 level (in comparable prices), with the total volume reaching 374,571.4 million soms. In December 2025, investments reached 91,325.4 million soms, a 31.8% increase compared to December 2024.
