Mayor of Kyrgyzstan’s Bishkek Visits Chinese Yutong Plant to Finalize Bus Delivery Plans

During his visit to China, Mayor of Kyrgyzstan’s capital Bishkek Aibek Junushaliev toured the Yutong plant, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, including city, intercity, school, gas, and electric buses.

The mayor met with the company’s management to discuss the delivery schedule for 95 new buses destined for the Kyrgyz capital, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

“The parties thoroughly reviewed the technical specifications, delivery terms, and the project implementation timeline,” the statement said.

The upcoming delivery of Yutong buses is expected to modernize Bishkek’s public transport fleet, improve urban mobility, and support the city’s transition to eco-friendly transport solutions.
