Arayik Noroyan has been appointed as Armenia’s military attache to Kazakhstan.
The relevant decision was made by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, The Caspian Post reports, citing Armenian media.
According to the decision published on Armenia’s e-government website, Noroyan will assume the post on August 1, 2025, for a term of three years.
His place of residence will be the city of Astana.
