Russia’s Putin Affirms Readiness for New Contacts with Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his readiness for international contacts and meetings, in particular with US President Donald Trump.

"I am always open to contacts and meetings. I know that Mister Trump also talked about the possibility of meetings," Putin told journalists, The Caspian Post reports, citing Russian media.

"Well, just like him, I believe that such meetings should be organized," the Russian president added.
