The 3rd Caspian Economic Forum began on Monday in Tehran, Iran, with the participation of the Caspian littoral states.
The forum brought together leaders of transport and trade organizations, entrepreneurs, and company representatives from Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan, The Caspian Post reports.
The forum aims to enhance economic, trade, scientific, and technological cooperation among Caspian littoral states. Key topics include energy, finance, tourism, healthcare, investment in free trade zones, and logistics.
The prime ministers of the five Caspian littoral states will sign a final declaration outlining measures to strengthen cooperation and implement agreements through periodic ministerial follow-ups.
