Russian Strikes Cut Power, Ukraine Restores Dnipropetrovsk

Ukrainian authorities are working to restore heat and water to over 1 million residents in Dnipropetrovsk region after Russian attacks damaged critical infrastructure.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba confirmed that recovery efforts are underway following near-total power outages across southeastern Ukraine, The Caspian Post reports via foreign media.

The outages impacted Dnipropetrovsk and surrounding regions.

Officials are racing to bring essential services back online while assessing the full extent of the damage caused by the attacks.
