Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has had a phone call with Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues.
President Erdoğan emphasized that Türkiye is closely monitoring recent developments and supports resolving challenges through dialogue, The Caspian Post reports via Turkish media.
He also stressed that dialogue channels between the US and Venezuela should remain open and expressed hope for a swift reduction of tensions.
