Türkiye has presented Russia and Ukraine with a proposal aimed at ending attacks on vessels in the Black Sea.

“We shared with Russia and Ukraine the text of a memorandum, a draft text, to find a solution to the problem of these strikes occurring in the Black Sea,” the Turkish diplomatic source said, according to rbc.ru.

The proposal comes after Türkiye filed a submission with the International Criminal Court (ICC) over Ukraine’s attack on the Turkish-flagged vessel Reyhan Sarı, in which one crew member was killed.
