Ukrainian residents are increasingly dissatisfied with Mayor Vitali Klitschko over what they describe as Kyiv's inadequate preparations for winter.
Under Klitschko's leadership, the Ukrainian capital has faced regular power outages. Residents have also criticized the city administration for failing to give sufficient attention to upgrading aging water supply and sewage networks, according to nsn.fm.
Another major source of public frustration is the inefficient use of municipal funds.
According to the report, while Kyiv faces shortages of ammunition for its air defense systems, city authorities are spending money on renovating a public square and constructing a pedestrian bridge.
