Two More Uzbek Wrestlers Crowned World Champions

The Greco-Roman wrestling competitions at the U17 World Wrestling Championships in Athens have officially concluded.

In the finals, Otabek Tursunov defeated Hikmat Hagverdiyev with a score of 4:1, while Bekhruzbek Valiyev overcame Dimitrios Soulis of Greece 3:1. They brought two gold medals to the Uzbekistan national team, The Caspian Post reports citing UzA.

Bunyod Khasanov and Abdulaziz Kholmirzayev also became world champions in Greco-Roman wrestling. The Uzbekistan team finished second in the overall team standings.
