Chairman of the Tajik parliament, Rustam Emomali, has extended his congratulations to Sahiba Gafarova, Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani parliament, on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s Constitution Day, highlighting the significance of constitutional governance and bilateral parliamentary cooperation.
"Dear Sahiba Ali gizi, I congratulate you on the national holiday - Constitution Day. The adoption of the Fundamental Law became a crucial step in strengthening the statehood of Azerbaijan, creating a solid legal foundation for the development of society, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, and ensuring the country’s sustainable progress," he wrote, The Caspian Post reports via Emomali's message on Telegram.
"We highly value the friendly relations and constructive interparliamentary cooperation between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan, based on strategic partnership and mutual trust. I am confident that these ties will continue to strengthen for the further development of our countries. I wish you, dear Sahiba Ali gizi, success in your responsible work, and I wish the friendly people of Azerbaijan peace, well-being, and prosperity," he added.
