Azerbaijani, Uzbek Parliamentary Groups Explore Deeper Cooperation on 30th Anniversary

The members of the parliamentary friendship groups of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan have discussed ways to deepen cooperation between the two nations in an online meeting commemorating the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations.

The meeting highlighted that, thanks to the consistent efforts of the two heads of state, cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan has reached the level of strategic partnership and alliance, steadily advancing across all sectors, The Caspian Post informs via the Senate of Uzbekistan.

Both parties emphasized the ongoing development of interparliamentary dialogue, exploring opportunities to share best practices in parliamentary oversight and strengthen communication with regional representative bodies.

In addition, the meeting focused on expanding bilateral cooperation in key areas such as trade, economics, investment, tourism, transportation, and interregional collaboration.
