Firefighters Contain Blaze at Uzbekistan’s Almazar District Plant in Record Time

A fire has broken out at a synthetic padding manufacturing facility on Usta Shirin Street in the Almazar district of Uzbekistan’s capital Tashkent early morning, prompting a swift response from emergency services.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the alarm was raised at 09:58 (GMT+5), with fire crews arriving on site by 10:02, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.

The blaze was successfully contained by 10:10 and fully extinguished by 10:13, thanks to rapid intervention.

Officials from the Tashkent City Department of Emergency Situations, along with representatives of other relevant authorities, promptly arrived at the scene to assess and manage the incident.

Importantly, no injuries or casualties were reported.
