A new Uzbekistan Business Council has been established in Dubai to create a direct platform for business cooperation between entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates.

The council will focus on strengthening trade and investment ties, connecting businesses with new partners and promoting joint initiatives across a range of industries, UzDaily reports.

The council held its inaugural meeting at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, where participants explored new opportunities for businesses, ways to increase mutual investment and stronger links between companies.

Discussions also covered the exchange of business expertise and information, as well as plans to organize joint business events aimed at expanding economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UAE.
