Armenia, UK Discuss Strengthening Strategic Partnership

On December 4, during the OSCE Ministerial Council, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Stephen Doughty, the Minister of State for Europe, North America, and the Overseas Territories of the United Kingdom.

The ministers discussed the development of the strategic partnership between Armenia and the United Kingdom, the foreign ministry said in a press release, The Caspian Post reports citing Armenian media.

The effective steps towards overcoming the challenges encountered on the path of democratic development, as well as the initiatives undertaken to strengthen Armenia’s resilience were touched upon.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Stephen Doughty exchanged views on opportunities for regional cooperation. Minister Mirzoyan presented the active work towards the implementation of the TRIPP project.
