President of Greece, Konstantinos Tasoulas, has arrived in Yerevan, Armenia, to attend the 8th summit of the European Political Community.
He was welcomed at Zvartnots International Airport by Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan, The Caspian Post reports via Armenian media.
The summit, set for May 4 under the theme “Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe,” will bring together leaders from around 50 European countries to discuss pressing regional issues.
Launched in 2022 with its first meeting in Prague, the EPC has since held summits in Chisinau, Granada, Oxfordshire, Budapest, Tirana, and Copenhagen.
The European Political Community serves as a platform for political dialogue and cooperation, assisting to strengthen security, stability, and prosperity across the continent without replacing existing international structures.
