The interior ministries of Azerbaijan and Latvia will establish cooperation.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Latvia, The Caspian Post reports, citing Report.
The agreement, signed on April 22 in Baku, has been officially approved under the decree.
Once the document enters into force, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Internal Affairs will ensure its implementation, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will notify the Latvian government of the completion of necessary domestic procedures.
