Azerbaijan, Rwanda Approve Education Cooperation Agreement

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the "Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education" between the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, The Caspian Post reports citing AZERTAC.

The Agreement was signed in Baku on September 20, 2025.

According to the order, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan will ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan is instructed to notify the Government of Rwanda once the internal procedures required for the Agreement to enter into force have been completed.
