Azerbaijan and Slovakia have signed a bilateral agreement on the exchange and mutual protection of classified information, marking a new step in strengthening security cooperation between the two countries.
A Slovak delegation led by Roman Konečný, Director of Slovakia's National Security Authority, paid an official visit to Azerbaijan, The Caspian Post reports via Azerbaijan's State Security Service.
During the visit, the delegation held talks with Colonel General Ali Naghiyev, Head of Azerbaijan's State Security Service. The two sides discussed issues of mutual interest and ways to expand bilateral cooperation in the security sector.
The visit concluded with the signing of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Slovak Republic on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information.
