The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture has announced that Baku will host the inaugural OIC Culture Festival, “Baku - Creativity Week 2025,” from October 6 to 12, showcasing intercultural dialogue, Islamic values of tolerance and peace, and fostering cooperation in economy, science, education, and tourism.
The event, organized with the support of the OIC, will bring together over 300 guests from 50 countries, The Caspian Post reports via the ministry.
The program includes a meeting of OIC culture ministers, the MYFORUM conference, and a Creative Village exhibition showcasing the creative industries. Additional highlights feature the international film program “Baku Cinema Breeze - 2025”, fashion shows by Eastern designers, a gaming technology summit (G-HUB), as well as theatrical, musical, and dance performances.
The festival is expected to attract over 5,000 participants, marking a major milestone in cultural exchange and collaboration among OIC member states.
