The joint tactical flight exercise “Falcons Meet-2026,” hosted by Azerbaijan, is progressing successfully.

According to the exercise plan, military personnel were initially briefed on their assigned tasks, the order in which they would be carried out, and the procedures for organizing flight operations, The Caspian Post reports, citing Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry.

Relevant instructions were then provided to ensure coordination among participants and enable the planned activities to be conducted in line with the established schedule.

In the next phase of the exercise, aircraft and helicopters performed flights, practicing the use of aviation assets and carrying out designated operational tasks.

The exercise involves military personnel from Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates, along with aviation assets and air defense systems. Its main objectives are to improve personnel’s professional skills, promote the exchange of experience, and strengthen capabilities for conducting joint operations.

The “Falcons Meet-2026” joint tactical flight exercise will continue until October 20.
