Servicemen from Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates have successfully completed the tasks of the latest phase of the joint tactical flight exercise “Falcons Meet - 2026.”
During offensive and defensive air operations, pilots from both countries carried out missions involving the detection, precise targeting and neutralisation of simulated targets, The Caspian Post reports, citing Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry.
The servicemen also performed complex tactical manoeuvres, demonstrating their combat capabilities.
The operations conducted as part of the exercise are aimed at improving pilots’ tactical training and their ability to make operational decisions under challenging conditions. They also seek to facilitate the exchange of experience and strengthen interoperability between the military aviation crews of Azerbaijan and the UAE.
