Azerbaijani and Armenian Deputy Foreign Ministers Hold Talks in Geneva

On February 24, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov held a meeting with Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Robert Abisoghomonyan in Geneva, during the 61st session of the UN Human Rights Council, according to a statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting took place as a continuation of contacts held at a higher political level, The Caspian Post reports, citing local media.

The deputy ministers discussed possible confidence-building measures within multilateral platforms and international organizations.
