The 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will conclude in Baku today, with the final races of the Formula 2 and Formula 1 programs set to take place.

The day will begin with the second Formula 2 feature race, followed by the main Formula 1 race, which will determine the winner of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, The Caspian Post reports.

Saturday saw Dino Beganovic of DAMS Lucas Oil win the Formula 2 sprint race, while Alex Dunne of Rodin Motorsport claimed victory in the first feature race.

In Formula 1, Mercedes driver George Russell secured pole position in qualifying and will start the main race from the front.

Heading into the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Mercedes driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli leads the Formula 1 drivers’ standings with 292 points. His teammate George Russell is second with 211 points, followed by Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton with 191 points.

Mercedes also leads the constructors’ championship with 503 points. Ferrari is second on 358 points, while McLaren sits third with 306.
