“The 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13), currently underway in Azerbaijan, is distinguished by its high-level international participation,” said Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Sophie Lagoutte, stating that the forum has achieved great success. According to her, the number of participants and registered participants has likely reached record levels, which demonstrates the relevance and significance of the event.
The Ambassador noted that the housing crisis is a global problem that affects all countries and societies without exception, and that this issue demands the search for collective solutions, The Caspian Post reports, citing AZERTAC.
The diplomat emphasized that exchanging best practices and openly discussing the problem are crucial for developing effective and sustainable solutions. In her view, the WUF13 forum serves exactly this purpose.
