SOCAR and China’s CNCEC Sign Framework Agreement to Boost Cooperation

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and China National Chemical Engineering Corporation Limited (CNCEC) have entered into a Framework Agreement to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The agreement was officially exchanged in the presence of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and CNCEC Chairman Mo Dingge, The Caspian Post reports via local media.

The document provides for the implementation of joint projects both within Azerbaijan and in third countries, reflecting the commitment of both sides to expand energy and industrial collaboration on a broader regional and global scale.
