During his working visit to Tbilisi on November 24, Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, David Khudatyan, met with Georgian Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, according to the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures.
The meeting was also attended by Armenian Ambassador to Georgia Ashot Smbatyan, Armenian Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Kristine Ghalechyan, and Executive Director of the “Road Department” Fund Arkady Cherchinyan, The Caspian Post reports, citing Armenian media.
The sides emphasized the friendly relations between Armenia and Georgia and the recent active contacts between the leaders of the two countries.
They discussed issues related to road infrastructure, the water sector, and the progress of the construction of the North-South road.
A number of topics pertaining to the road construction sector, as well as tunnel and bridge construction experience, were also addressed.
