Azerbaijan, Central Asia, and Pakistan Explore Enhanced Collaboration in Shipping and Port Logistics

Uzbekistan's Uzeltekhsanoat Association has recently convened a high-level meeting with leading Chinese companies to discuss potential areas of collaboration.

The discussions featured Mirziyod Yunusov, Chairman of Uzeltekhsanoat, in talks with Chenji Zhou, General Director for Central Asia at XIAMEN C&D, and Jiangyu San, President of Jiangsu Zhongli Group, focusing on strategic partnership opportunities, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

Key points of the meeting included plans to launch cable production in Uzbekistan, the processing of copper raw materials into high value-added products, and cooperation in the development of photovoltaic modules and energy storage systems.

The delegation also examined opportunities for entering global markets through Uzbekistan, leveraging XIAMEN C&D’s expertise in supply chain management and logistics to enhance both regional and international trade connections.
