The first meeting of labor, employment, and social protection ministers from the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has concluded with the signing of a joint declaration in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The meeting, themed “Cooperation in the field of labor for the sake of common prosperity in the Turkic states” brought together representatives from all member countries, The Caspian Post reports via local media.
The declaration aims to strengthen cooperation in areas such as labor legislation, workers’ rights, occupational health and safety, and gender equality.
It also includes plans to establish a Working Group on Labor, Employment, and Social Protection to coordinate initiatives across member states.
