Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, will visit Baku on November 15 for a series of official meetings aimed at further enhancing bilateral relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, with a focus on culture and tourism.
During his visit, Minister Ersoy is scheduled to meet with Fuad Naghiyev, Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Tourism Agency, where the two sides are expected to sign a tourism cooperation agreement, marking a significant step in strengthening collaboration between the two countries in the tourism sector, The Caspian Post reports, citing the Turkish ministry.
Additionally, Minister Ersoy will engage in discussions with Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture, Adil Karimli, to explore new opportunities for cultural exchange and cooperation.
Ersoy’s visit will also include participation in various events on the sidelines of COP29 in Baku, with key talks focusing on sustainability and cultural initiatives.
