Mongolia’s Hunnu Air to Launch Direct Flights to Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan Airports has held negotiations on cooperation with Mongolia’s Hunnu Air.

According to Uzbekistan Airports, issues of organizing direct scheduled passenger flights between Tashkent and Ulaanbaatar were discussed during the meeting, The Caspian Post reports, citing Uzbek media.

The Mongolian air carrier plans to launch flights between the two countries in the second half of 2025. According to preliminary data, the flights will be operated on Embraer 190.

Hunnu Air is a private Mongolian airline headquartered in Ulaanbaatar, established in 2011. It is based at the Chinggis Khaan International Airport. The airline operates flights to domestic and international destinations on ATR 72-500 and Embraer 190 aircraft types.
