According to a government statement, Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze is set to visit Azerbaijan on Friday, The Caspian Post reports.
As part of the visit, a session of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation will be held in Baku. The session will be co-chaired by Georgian PM Kobakhidze and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ali Asadov.According to the statement, a one-on-one meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Georgian PM Irakli Kobakhidze is also planned.
The Georgian delegation will include First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Environment and Agriculture Davit Songhulashvili, Minister of Culture Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
