Georgia's capital Tbilisi will host its traditional city festival, Tbilisoba, on October 3 and 4, bringing food, cultural events and local traditions to several iconic locations across the city.
The celebrations will take place at Orbeliani Square, Rike Park, Gudiashvili Square, Europe Square, Legvtakhevi and Metekhi Bridge, according to Sputnik Georgia.
Visitors will be able to explore gastronomic and entrepreneurial zones featuring Georgian and international cuisine. The program will also include cooking masterclasses, exhibitions and sales, as well as tastings of traditional sweets, honey, wine and modern confectionery products.
One of the highlights of the festival will be the ceremony honoring Tbilisi’s honorary citizens, scheduled for October 4 at 8 p.m. (GMT+4).
The annual Tbilisoba celebration is dedicated both to the harvest season and the city of Tbilisi, bringing together residents and visitors for a program that combines Georgian culture, cuisine and urban traditions.
