The US and Israel have carried out strikes on the airport in the central Iranian city of Kashan, according to Akbar Salehi, deputy governor of Isfahan Province.

“Kashan’s passenger airport was attacked by US-Zionist forces this evening,” Salehi said, The Caspian Post reports, citing TASS.

He added that the strikes also targeted several other cities in the province, including Isfahan, Kashan, Aran, and Najafabad.
