Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, spokesman for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), said Iran possesses certain capabilities and strategic targets that it has not yet deployed.

He said US vessels had moved 400 kilometers away from the Strait of Hormuz, while the US fleet remained stationed in Bahrain, describing the development as a major victory for Iran, The Caspian Post reports, citing Mehr news agency.

According to Mohebbi, the enemy had miscalculated Iran’s ability to resist, as well as its missile and drone capabilities. He added that the range, destructive power, accuracy and other capabilities of these systems had surprised the opposing side.

Earlier, Mohebbi warned that Iran would respond with full force if the United States attacked any location in the country, including Kuh-e Kolang, stressing that Iran’s defensive capabilities had already been demonstrated on the battlefield.

“I will not give a definitive opinion on the speculation about Kuh-e Kolang, but if America intends to attack any point in our country, whether Kuh-e Kolang or elsewhere, we will respond with all our power,” he said.
