Iran’s President Poised to Address UN General Assembly In September

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is expected to attend the annual session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on September 23.

The announcement was made by Mehdi Tabatabaei, Deputy for Communications and Information at the Presidential Administration, The Caspian Post reports via Iranian media.

Tabatabaei stated, “I believe the president’s visit to the UN will take place on September 23. However, given the fast pace of developments both domestically and diplomatically, it is impossible to provide a definitive confirmation at this time.”
