Iran’s Supreme Leader Sustains Minor Injury, Remains Active

The Iranian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, sustained an injury.

Officials emphasized that his condition is satisfactory and he is feeling well, The Caspian Post reports via Russian media.

Khamenei was injured on February 28, the first day of the US and Israeli attacks on Iran, explaining his absence from public appearances. He remains conscious and in stable condition.

The Iranian president's son and presidential advisor, Yousef Pezeshkian, stated that the Supreme Leader is completely healthy.

Khamenei sustained a minor injury, likely to his leg, but continues his work.
