Iran has said no agreement will be possible if the United States demands that Tehran hand over its highly enriched uranium.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei stated that such a condition is unacceptable for Iran, The Caspian Post reports, citing Al Jazeera.
“We will not reach a conclusion if we try to delve into details related to highly enriched uranium in Iran,” he noted.
Baghaei also noted that a Qatari delegation is currently holding talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
He added that Pakistan continues to serve as the main mediator in the negotiations.
