The plane carrying Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to New York for the United Nations General Assembly made a brief stop in Algeria.

Pezeshkian departed Tehran earlier to attend the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, where he is scheduled to address the gathering of world leaders, according to Nournews.
