In a statement issued on the occasion of the 37th anniversary of the death of the founder of the Islamic Revolution and Eid al-Ghadir, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) declared that its adversaries must recognize and abide by the new battlefield realities established by Iran and its armed forces, The Caspian Post reports, citing Pars Today.

“Forty-seven years ago, the great architect of the Revolution, Imam Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini (God bless his soul), illuminated the flame of the Islamic movement within the heart of the nation. Following the establishment of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, he led the country for a decade with wisdom, courage, and foresight, laying out the Revolution’s strategic foundations and vision. These included the liberation of the Muslim Ummah from American and Zionist domination, as well as the necessity of building power and Islamic unity to eliminate Zionism and criminal America from the region and the Islamic world. He then departed for the heavenly realm.”

The statement continued:

“Today, as the flames of the ‘Third American-Zionist Imposed War’ have, after forty days of resolute resistance, compelled the enemy to plead for a ceasefire, it has become evident that the Islamic Revolution-guided by the teachings and legacy of the great Imam of the Revolution, the wise leadership of the Martyr Leader of the Ummah, and now under the wise leadership of his rightful successor, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei-continues to advance with greater strength and authority than ever before.”
