Kazakh Deputy FM Receives Credentials of New US Ambassador

Kazakh First Deputy Foreign Minister Yerzhan Ashikbayev has received copies of credentials from newly appointed US Ambassador Julie Stufft.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the current state and prospects for further strengthening the enhanced strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the US, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

Officials reaffirmed their commitment to constructive cooperation and agreed to maintain regular diplomatic dialogue.

Stufft was earlier nominated as US ambassador to Kazakhstan, marking a key step in continuing bilateral relations.
