Kazakh President Kassym‑Jomart Tokayev has convened a high‑level meeting to address ways to improve the quality of Kazakhstan’s economic growth and ensure stable prices.
The gathering included the prime minister, senior officials from the president’s executive office, the governor of the national bank, and leaders from agencies overseeing financial markets, strategic planning, reforms, and other government ministries, The Caspian Post informs via Kazakh media.
Key points of discussion included bolstering macroeconomic resilience, reducing inflationary pressures, and enhancing citizens’ welfare through sustainable reforms.
President Tokayev emphasized the need to move beyond mere numerical growth targets toward deeper structural changes that raise household incomes. He called on all relevant state bodies to coordinate their efforts in promoting sustainable development across the country.
