Kazakh Leader Meets EAEU Chief to Discuss Economic Priorities

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has met with Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

The discussion focused on the current state and future development of the EEC, with special emphasis on Kazakhstan’s priorities as EAEU chair in 2026, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

President Tokayev was also briefed on preparations for the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting scheduled for December 21 in Saint Petersburg.
