Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended his sincere condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin following the tragic crash of a passenger aircraft in Russia’s Amur Region.
The An-24 aircraft was reported to have gone down with 46 people on board, including two children and six crew members, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.
Aerial reconnaissance of the crash site found no survivors. Emergency responders are actively engaged in rescue and recovery operations.
