Kazakhstan Expands Global Air Connectivity With New International Flights

Kazakhstan is set to significantly expand its international air connectivity in 2026 with the launch and resumption of 11 new international flight routes linking the country to Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Kazakhstan’s Transport Minister Nurlan Sauranbayev said that the new routes are expected to strengthen tourism, business ties and regional connectivity, The Caspian Post reports via Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The planned routes include:

Astana - Ulaanbaatar

Astana - Guangzhou

Astana - Issyk-Kul

Astana - Larnaca

Astana - Kashgar

Almaty - Tokyo

Hanoi - Almaty - Prague

Almaty - Izmir

Almaty - Warsaw

Kostanay - Tashkent
